Continued from Apple customer service exchange

This is the continuation of the customer service exchange described in an earlier post and on Consumerist, wherein a kind Apple employee empathized with my pathological need to play songs over and over.

Hello Elaine,

Saxonie here again. You are more than welcome! I am glad that you were able to download the song successfully. It has been a pleasure assisting you. I realize that the song stopping in that manner came as a surprise.

I wish you all the best and I hope that you continue to enjoy the iTunes Store. Have a lovely week, Elaine!

Thanks, you too!

That’s good to know. I will definitely save this advice for the future!

By the way, I wasn’t sure when you said earlier “Not to worry, I play the
same song for quite a while when I enjoy it,” I was wondering to myself
whether you met that exact song–“Our Love” by Al Jarreau–or just a song
you really like in general. It would be really cool if you mean that exact
song–that you play over and over, but if not, I really recommend Al
Jarreau. Although the risk is you’ll want to play the song over and over.

Hello Elaine,

Saxonie here. Downloading from past purchases is definitely very useful information. It tends to help with a number a download situation, I understand wanting to keep the details.

It isn’t the exact song but when I find one that I really like I tend to listen to it quite often. Thank you for the recommendation, I will certainly look it up and listen to the song.

If you have any other inquiries just let me know, Elaine.
