At NYU Langone Health, I worked with academics across the medical center and in particular in the Department of Population Health to promote high impact research (writing press releases, creating media kits, pitching reporters, arranging interviews, and analyzing performance), earning coverage in major U.S. and international outlets like New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, CNN, NPR, Politico, Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, Vox, Stat, Refinery 29, Vice, and the BBC. Subjects included: the new hospital pavilion and campus transformation, new opioid addiction treatment, programs to reduce racial disparities in health outcomes, and strategies to reduce child obesity.
